From 2023 to July 2025 I was programme manager at Vallourec, a global industrial group, for a portfolio of four concurrent software projects. I ran its governance, led the move to SAFe across the four projects and steered an offshore development team in Brazil.

What was the Vallourec portfolio?
Vallourec is a global industrial group. From 2023 to July 2025 I was programme manager, in delivery consulting, for a portfolio of four software projects running at the same time, with one governance across all four.
This was not an Ivalua programme. It is on this site because it is programme management at portfolio scale, with business, IT and vendors around the same table.

Why move four projects to SAFe?
SAFe (the Scaled Agile Framework) is a way to run several agile teams on one shared cadence and one set of priorities. Moving all four projects onto it put the whole portfolio on one framework for planning and reporting. I hold the SAFe certification (2023) and have been a certified Scrum Master since 2016.
